We specialise in consultancy that blends real-world operational experience with cutting-edge academic research. Our current work includes a landmark collaboration with the UK Football Policing Unit, where we are providing expert analysis and guidance on the application of dialogue-based policing at football events—aimed at enhancing police efficiency, improving outcomes, and building legitimacy. Internationally, we are collaborating with agencies in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington to develop and deliver training in dialogue policing, supporting a shift toward more effective and humane approaches to protest and public order management in the US.
